Firstly, our mission is to consider the issues with climate change and to reduce the carbon footprint in construction.

Our tried and tested building system, ticks all the boxes as regards to sustainability in construction and occupation. Also, by reducing the energy usage, by default, we also provide a solution for reducing living costs (energy). 

Whilst this system is relatively new to the UK, we have been providing similar projects in Europe for over 30 years. We also consider that this is a cost competitive solution and a better alternative than traditional build which is high carbon based, that may become obsolete.

We use a tried and tested building system with materials of a known value for over 30 years.

All projects are priced on application, however, we aim to turn around projects within the following timelines:

• 1 to 5 houses in 10 working days
• 5 to 10 houses in 15 working days
• 10+ houses to be confirmed

We like to provide as much flexibility as possible; however, we need to consider that our system is based on a factory environment where the production line and programme is critical.

We can make any changes to the point of the sign-off of the production drawings, which is just before the building goes into production. Nevertheless, changes can be made subject to implications on the programme and additional design costs.
